- Hostels: There are three hostels for girls and eleven for boys where the students are housed separately. Dining halls, reading rooms, TV-equipped entertainment halls, separate mess halls, and common areas with indoor game consoles are among the amenities offered by the hostel.
- Laboratories: To support students in leading healthy lifestyles, the campus offers a multitude of sports facilities. At BIT, Mesra, education takes place in over 65 course-specific laboratories in addition to classrooms. Modern, updated equipment and cutting-edge technologies are used in the laboratories. Additionally, the students have access to a Central Instrumentation Facility and a Central CAD Facility. Furthermore, there are auditorium facilities on campus.
- Medical Centre: With numerous facilities, the medical centre at BIT, Mesra is well-equipped. Fully operational, the BIT, Mesra Dispensary is a medical facility. It has 20 beds total, including 2 isolation wards with 8 beds each, and is open 24/7. Facilities are available for emergency cases, IPD, and OPD. In addition to 20 paramedical employees, 5 allopathic physicians, 1 homoeopathic physician, and visiting specialists such as a dentist, physiotherapist, eye specialist, skin specialist, and gynaecologist are present. Four ambulances with oxygen cylinders and first aid kits are on call around-the-clock. Additional medical facilities consist of a dressing room, an ECG unit, and an X-ray unit.
- Transportation: BIT, Mesra, shuttle services comprise nine buses that operate according to prearranged schedules, in addition to several trucks and four-wheelers. Three ATMs and banking facilities are additional services.
